401K Through the State of Tennessee

All certified employees whether in the Legacy plan or Hybrid plan with TCRS are eligible to contribute to the State of Tennessee’s 401(K) plan through Empower.  For additional information, please visit http://retirereadytn.com.  While employees in the Hybrid plan are automatically enrolled in this program, legacy members will have to complete the enrollment form listed to the right under Retirement Resources and fax to 1-866-745-5766.   Please contact the Employee Benefits department if you have any questions.

TCRS Annual Service Statements

For employees who participate in the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS),  you have been receiving your annual retirement statements through the mail for quite sometime.  However, beginning this year, that will no longer be the case.  TCRS is implementing a new member self-service system, the Concord System.  Through the Concord System you will be able to view information regarding your retirement account, as well as, view your annual statement.  You may access the Concord System at  https://mytcrs.tn.gov .  You will be prompted to create a username and password in order to begin.  You will find the Member Self-Service User Guide under "Brochures and Handbooks" on the Certified Retirement page.  The Member Self-Service Guide provides instructions on how to set up your account, and view your annual statements.  If further assistance is needed, you may contact TCRS at 1-800-922-7772.
