LearnPlatform: When is a Review Necessary?

To request a digital tool review:

  • Check the Knox County Schools District Library in LearnPlatform: Is the tool in the KCS library?
    • Yes: What is the tools status?
      • Approved? You are able to use this tool as a part of your classroom instruction.
      • Reviewed and Denied? Choose another tool from the LearnPlatform library.
      • Pending? This tool is currently under review. Check the status a bit later.
    • No: Request a Review
      • When you search for the tool using the search bar, is your tool in the LearnCommunity library?
        • Yes
          • Select the tools title.
          • Click REQUEST.
          • Complete the request form.
          • Await the review results.
          • LearnPlatform will email you the result.
        • No
          • Select the Missing Product Title.
          • Enter the information requested.
          • LearnPlatform will email you when the product has been added to the KCS Library.
          • Return to LearnPlatform and request the tool by compelting the request form.

Planning to use a:

  • Website
  • App
  • Extension
  • Other Digital Tool

Make sure it is approved for use before using it.

**Tools using "Sign-In with Google" will not be available unless they have been approved.
