In order to ensure comparability of services1 from local, state, and federal funds in all of its schools, the Board shall ensure that:
- A system-wide salary schedule is adopted annually;
- Teachers, principals, and support personnel are assigned to schools on an equitable basis according to grade levels and need; and
- Curriculum materials and instructional supplies are provided to schools on an equitable basis according to grade levels and need.
Funds for educational purposes made available by any government, agency, or organization shall be sought by the school system only when the conditions of their availability are in harmony with the purposes and policies of the Board and the laws of the state and county.
