1/17/2025 Planned Overnight Network Maintenance

Our ISP reports that they will complete overnight network maintenance early on 1/17/25.    Due to our circuit configuration, buildings should not notice an outage.  KCS' network team will check for any lingering issues as we return on Friday.

12/19/2024 7:00 AM Halls HS is Offline 

Halls HS is experiencing a network outage. We are currently investigating.  Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

  • 9:00 AM  Connectivity has been restored and is stable.  Monitoring is ongoing.

12/6/2024 9:00 AM Issues Accessing Big Ideas Math

Students are experiencing issues when attempting to log into "Big Ideas Math" We are currently engaged with the vendor to find a solution.  Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

  • 12/9/2024 8:00 AM  The vendor has identified the cause of this issue and is currently working on implementing a fix.  Monitoring is ongoing.
  • 12/9/2024 12:00 PM  The vendor has implemented a fix and is testing is ongoing to verify if this is resolved. 

12/4/2024 3:45 AM Lincoln Park / Paul Kelley Academy is Offline

Our facilities at Lincoln Park are experiencing a network outage due to power. We are currently monitoring.  Please return to this page for further communication and updates.

  • 7:30 AM Maintenance is engaged in solving this power outage.  Monitoring is ongoing.

12/2/2024 9:30 AM Incident IQ (technology help ticketing) issues
