11/18/2025 8:00 AM Cloudflare Outage Disruption  [RESOLVED]

Cloudflare, a major cloud provider, is currently experiencing a significant outage that may impact some services used in Knox County Schools. At this time, confirmed service outages are: Adobe Creative Cloud, 1Password, Operations Hero. Please see https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ for detailed status on service restoration. • 11/18/2025 12:44 PM Cloudflare reports all service outages have been resolved.
• 11/18/2025 10:00 AM Cloudflare reports the issue should be resolved. We are continuing to monitor services before calling it fully resolved on our end
• 11/18/2025 8:09 AM Cloudflare reports that they have identified the issue and are attempting to resolve
• 11/18/2025 7:00 AM Outage first reported

11/12/2025 11:00 AM Content Filtering Disruption [RESOLVED]

Our content filtering vendor is currently experiencing an issue, which may cause some content to be blocked unintentionally.   Please return to this page for further communication and updates. 

• 1:30 PM Per our vendor: We have identified what we believe to be the main cause of these issues, and our engineering teams are actively working directly with Google engineers to restore full service.  
• 11/13/25 8:00 AM Per our vendor: We are still experiencing issues affecting filtering performance. Our engineers worked with Google overnight to resolve the problem, but it remains ongoing.  As a result, you may continue to see over-blocking of some sites. This behavior is intentional and precautionary to ensure that inappropriate content is not allowed through while we work toward a full resolution.
• 11/13/25 8:23 AM Per our vendor: Our engineering team has implemented a solution for this issue earlier this morning and everything appears to be running optimally at this point for the East Coast. We will be monitoring throughout the day today.
