- 9:39 AM KCS Equpment has been rebooted. Engaging our network provider for this site (HRM) for assistance.
- 10:04 AM HRM has confirmed thier Comcast circuit for Elevate is offline. They have dispatched a technician to investigate.
- 11:31 AM Comcast dispatch to this location is expected between 3PM & 5PM today.
- 5:00 PM HRM reports Comcast was a no-show for thier repair window.
- 1/6/2026 7:30 AM KCS hotsposts have been prepared so the students can resume work until Comcast's connection is repaired.
- 1/7/26 10:10 AM Comcast has restored connectivity.
12/31/2025 between approx. 1 PM & 3PM. KCS's network will experience a brief (15 - 20 minute) outage at all sites for maintenance. This maintenance window is scheduled to allow our vendor to replace equipment related to our recent outages. [RESOLVED]
