1/05/2026 8:00 AM The Elevate program is experiencing a network outage.

  • 9:39 AM KCS Equpment has been rebooted.  Engaging our network provider for this site (HRM) for assistance.
  • 10:04 AM HRM has confirmed thier Comcast circuit for Elevate is offline.  They have dispatched a technician to investigate.
  • 11:31 AM Comcast dispatch to this location is expected between 3PM & 5PM today.
  • 5:00 PM HRM reports Comcast was a no-show for thier repair window.
  • 1/6/2026 7:30  AM  KCS hotsposts have been prepared so the students can resume work until Comcast's connection is repaired.
  • 1/7/26 10:10 AM Comcast has restored connectivity.
 

 


 

12/31/2025 between approx. 1 PM & 3PM.  KCS's network will experience a brief (15 - 20  minute) outage at all sites for maintenance.  This maintenance window is scheduled to allow our vendor to replace equipment related to our recent outages. [RESOLVED]

Access to these services will be unavailable during this maintenance window:

  • Internet access (wired and wireless)
  • Office & Classroom Phones

12/31/2025 3:35PM. Our vendor reports this work is complete.  The KCS team is monitoring for any issues to rengage our vendor.
