1.Reset Student's Password in ARS.knoxschools.org

2.Go to knoxschools.instructure.com

3.Click on Assignments

4.Click on the Google Assignment the student is unable to access.

5.You may see this screen or a spinning wheel.

6.Click on the lock (or building icon) in the left corner of the address bar. Then click on cookies and site data.

7.Click on Manage Cookies and Site Data

8.Delete Cookies from other sites, then click done.

9.Click on AUTHORIZE

10.You may notice a personal gmail populates. This caused the issue. Delete this entry.

11.Type use the student's KCS credentials. (@student.knoxschools.org)

12.Click on Next

13.Click on Allow
