.Create a new folder that will be used to hold all the files you wish to transfer. Name it Files to Transfer.

.To move files into the Files to Transfer folder, select the files you wish to move and use the "Move To" feature.

.Now that the files are all in one folder, open the Files to Transfer folder and select all the files. ***Files--not the parent folders--must be shared. Sharing just the Files to Transfer folder will only transfer that folder and not the files within it.

.You must first share the files with the person you wish to transfer ownership to. While all the files are selected, click the share feature and enter the KCS email address of the person you wish to transfer ownership to.

.Now that the files are shared with the person you wish to transfer the files to, you are ready to perform the transfer. Select all the files in the Files to Transfer folder again.

.Open the Share feature. Click the dropdown menu to the right of the person who will be the new owner. Select Transfer Ownership. If you are transferring several files, it could take a few minutes to reflect the changes.

.Click on Copy of Interactions of Living Things…
