Mastery Connect: Submitting a Ticket for a Teacher with a Name Change / Merging Teacher Accounts

Steps:

1.Go to app.masteryconnect.com

2.Click on the Help Icon (question mark)

3.Click on Submit a support request

4.CC the teacher by typing their name in the box

5.Click on 'I Have A Problem'

4 Steps

6.Under Category, Click on 'Tracker'

7.Type "Teacher Merge" for Subject

8.Type a description of the problem.

9.Type the teacher's name
