Teacher Does Not See Tracker within a Cross-Listed Course.

  1.  Toggle to the Students icon at the top of the Mastery Tracker and select your other tracker.
  2. Email edtechliaisons@knoxschools.org with questions or if additional support is needed.

Mastery Tracker is Unable to Add Due to “No Sections Found.”

  1. Check to make sure the teacher adding the tracker is the teacher of record in ASPEN.
  2.  If another teacher previously taught the course, check to see if they added a tracker. (If they did and the Benchmark has not been started, unlink. If the Benchmark has started, add the teacher as a collaborator.)
  3.  Email edtechliaisons@knoxschools.org with questions or if additional support is needed.

Error Code - There is No Mastery Tracker for this Course.

  1.  Check to make sure the teacher's default email in Canvas is correct.

Students are Missing from a Mastery Tracker

  1.  Submit an incident IIQ ticket.
  2.  Email edtechliaisons@knoxschools.org with questions or if additional support is needed.

Mastery Tracker Not Showing in Left Navigation Menu Inside a Course.

  1.  Go to Settings. Select Navigation. Enable Mastery Tracker and select save.
