KCS email can be accessed via the Outlook mail app or via a mobile device web browser.  

Navigate to Microsoft Outlook 

• Enter your KCS email address and press “Next”. 

• Click on “Work or School Account”. 

• Enter your KCS password and press "Sign In". 

• This will prompt you to authenticate your account. Follow the prompts on your device's screen to authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator App. 

• Depending on your personal preferences, click “No” or “Yes” to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in. 

You have successfully logged into your KCS email account using a mobile web browser.
