Today's classrooms are always evolving. Sometimes you're all learning together in person, but other times, you're learning remotely or working after class. Using tools like Microsoft Teams, you don't have to miss a beat when it comes to keeping your schoolwork organized. Plus, everyone can share the same research, drafts, notes and more. Let's see what Teams can help you accomplish.

Sharing files: To share a file in a chat, select the Attach icon, browse for the document you want to share, choose to upload the document to the cloud, or share a link to the document. Then select Send. Choose Files to view all of the documents stored across all of your channels, chats and OneDrive, or Activity, Viewing files to stay on top of what's happening in class. In your class team, units, topics and projects may be organized into Channels.

Channels are organized even further into Tabs. Teams tabs OneNote Class Notebook is seamlessly integrated in the General channel for note taking. The Files tab is where any file that's been added to a channel or chat can be found or you can search for it in the Command box, and everyone can work together on the same Office 365 files without even leaving the app. With all this and more, Microsoft Teams keeps you connected on your mobile or home device.
