Microsoft Office: Video - Using the Control Bar in a Teams Meeting

To use the toolbar in your team's meeting you're going to hover on the call screen and a toolbar should pop up here in the middle or the bottom of your screen. you'll see the time that the meeting's been running you can turn off your camera or turn it on you can mute or unmute yourself.

Here's where you're going to share the screen or unshare your screen. they have more actions which will click here you can show your settings. show meeting notes. enter full screen. show your background effects. if this is possible this is where you change your background. you can turn on captions. you can use a keypad. you can start recording your meeting. you can enter meeting here and you can turn off incoming video over here. 

you can show the chat conversation to the side and this is also where you can chat with the folks in your meeting. you can click here and it will show you who is participating and you can hang up. you'll see that i have my hand raised which is the hand here so you can either raise your hand or you can lower your hand so if you want recognition raise your hand when you're done you'll lower your hand.
