Within ParentSquare you can set up appointment signups which can be really helpful for setting up times for conferences to meet with families.
To create an appointment sign up you'll want to select posts off the left hand side navigation within ParentSquare and then instead of selecting a new post like you would normally do to create a post you're actually going to click on this drop down arrow right next to New post and then select appointment signups. Once you're there you'll type in the information for the date that you want to set up an appointment for, what time the appointment would start, what time it would end, if you want to have breaks in between those appointments you can go ahead and schedule some transition time. You can also select to hide the names of users so that families can't see the names of other families that are signing up for different time slots and then you can limit to just one appointment per family so that's all upon your preferences.
Once you fill in this information you will be able to view your post and then parents can go ahead and sign up for those different appointments that you've set up. So here's an example of one that I've created and then I can actually see who's signed up for the different posts and then parents will also get a reminder to remind them that they have an upcoming meeting scheduled with you.
