Troubleshooting:

The panel MUST be plugged in to ethernet in order to Screen Share.

If you are still getting a Panel ID error, you will need to make sure your Privacy settings are allowing Screen Share.

Open the Screen Share App on your computer as well as the ActivPanel. Screen Share is located in the Unified Menu on the panel.

Type in the panel ID displayed on your ActivPanel. Be sure to check the Touchback checkbox. 

It will prompt you to change the security settings. 

You will need an admin password, however, if you go back to Knox County Self-Serve, you do have the option to Make Yourself an Admin for 30 minutes. 

After obtaining admin rights, go into your System settings and select Privacy and Security. 

Allow Screen Share under Screen Recording, Microphone, and Accessibility 

Restart Screen Share and then it is ready to be used. 

If you are still receiving a Panel ID Error, Restart your computer.
