If you are using a PC, an older Mac, or a Mac Desktop you will require 2 cords to connect
Plug the HDMI cord into the HDMI port in your laptop.
Plug the USB Cord into the correct port in your laptop
Be sure that the numbers match (EC. if using HDMI #1, use touch port #1. To find your laptop this way, you will press Source on the panel to navigate to the correct HDMI. There is no need to calibrate.
If you are using a newer Mac laptop, you will only need 1 chord
Plug the USB-C into the USB-C Port on your laptop and the Panel. This cord will be used for sight, sound and touch.
To find your laptop this way, you will press Source on the panel to navigate to the USB-C source. There is no need to calibrate.
The first time you wire to your panel, you may need to adjust the screen and sound settings. This will only be required the first time.
Display
Set the resolution for your primary display
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Displays .
Select Scaled, then select one of the options.
Set the resolution for a connected display
If you have more than one display, additional resolution options are available after the display is connected.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays , then click Display Settings.
Select your display in the sidebar, then do one of the following, depending on your display:
Click the Scaled pop-up menu, then choose a scaled resolution for the display.
Choose Scaled, then select the resolution you want to use.
You can select “Show all resolutions” to see additional resolutions for the display.
Click Done.
Depending on how you adjust the resolution, some app windows may not fit entirely on the screen. Using a scaled resolution may affect performance.
Sound
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays , then click Sound
