1. Log in to Frontline Professional Growth.
2. In the navigation bar on the left click on Reports then My Reports.

3. Under Reports Assigned to Me or Shared Reports, click Purpose Lookup- By Buildings- User Totals.

4. When filtering the fields:
Stat Date: 5/1/2025
End Date: 5/1/2026
Purpose: Select both Building Level PD and System-Wide PD by holding down the command key. We recommend running a separate report for the Parent Contact Hours
Approval Status ID: Completed
Building: Your school should be the only option
Output Options: Webpage and check Printable mode (any other selections will create a report without user totals).
Once all fields are entered, click Run Report

5. Your report will be in alphabetical order by your staff's last name. Please refer to column 2 for the correct number of hours for each session. The total number of hours can be found at the bottom.
