How to Login

Access Employee Self Service

Enter your Username using the following format: your first initial, followed by your last name, and then the last four digits of your Social Security Number. (For example: jdoe1234). Usernames are not case-sensitive and should not contain any spaces.

Your initial password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You'll be prompted to change this password upon your first successful login. Please note that your new password must be a minimum of 6 characters and is case-sensitive. As you type, the "Change Password" page will indicate whether it meets all the required security criteria. 

If you are a previous employee and have never logged into Munis Employee Self Service, you may need to contact Tech Support (techsupport@knoxschools.org or call 865-594-1830) for login assistance.

Forgot your Password?

When you change your password, remember to enter a password hint on that same page. This hint will be helpful if you ever forget your password. Just click "Forgot Your Password?" on the Login page, and we'll email you your hint to jog your memory.

If the hint doesn't help you recall your password, just click on the link within the email to generate a new one. On the Password Regeneration page, click the "Submit" button. A new, temporary password will be sent to your personal email address. The first time you use it, you'll be prompted to change it.

When you log in, the Employee Self Service home page will show you organizational announcements, tasks that need your attention, your personal information, and details about your time-off and pay.
