Start by accessing Munis Employee Self Service - If you have NOT accessed ESS before, then you will want to start with Munis Login Instruction.
Right Menu
The right side of the screen displays the menu; click Pay/Tax Information and W-2
View and Print
The most current W-2 will load automatically and will be updated no later than January 31st each year.
- If you would like to view previous years, click this drop-down menu and choose.
- If you would like to print the current view, then select View W-2 Image.
