Quick Tips for ActivPanel 9 and ActivPanel 9 Premium

Pinning Apps:
From the applications folder, press and drag your 3 most frequently used apps onto the
menu to pin them there for easy access.

Creating Shortcuts:
Open Chromium from the applications folder, navigate to the website you want to add,
select the 3-dot menu in the top right corner and choose "Add to Home Screen." You can
rename the shortcut before you save it.

Turning Off Touch Sounds:
From the menu, go to the applications folder and then tap "Settings." Select "Sound" then
toggle off “Touch Sounds.”

Adjusting Date/Time:
From the menu, go to the applications folder and then tap "Settings." Scroll down and tap
"System" then select "Date & Time."

Changing Wallpaper:
From the menu, go to the applications folder and then tap "Settings." Select “Display,”
“Advanced,” and then “Wallpapers.” Select “My Photos” to choose your own image. Press
the 3-line menu in the top left corner to navigate between storage spaces. Note: you may
also change your wallpaper through your Promethean account at
one.prometheanworld.com.

Opening Files:

From the menu, go to the applications folder and then tap "Files." Select the 3-line menu in the top left corner to navigate between storage spaces.

Locking Screen:
Press the flame button, tap your profile name in the bottom left corner, choose "Lock
Screen." This will not sign you out of your profile.

Accessing Menu:
Press the center "flame" button on the console to bring up the on-screen menu or press
the same flame button on your remote.

Promethean Account:
Roaming profile, set up a pin, lock/delete lost NFC card*(Premium only), manage cloud
storage, change panel wallpaper
