Use a 100% Cotton or Micro-Fiber Cloth
No volatile solvents
Do not spray liquid directly onto the panel
Check with your district

Create a Promethean Account:

1. Go to one.prometheanworld.com 

2. Select to sign in with your school email address 

3. Complete the required fields 

4. Check the box to accept the End User License Agreement and Privacy Statement 

5. Click Complete Account 

Mobile App:

1. Choose to Sign in

2. Sign into your Promethean account

3. Select ActivPanel 9

4. Enter the 6-digit code OR scan the QR code on the panel’s Sign in screen
