3/24/2026 8:00 AM Issues Accessing Windows Outlook on Desktop

Some users may be unable to access their Exchange Online mailboxes using the Windows Outlook desktop client.   Microsoft is aware of, and is working to resolve issues that users may encounter when attempting to access their KCS/Microsoft mailbox using the Outlook Desktop Client on Windows Devices. Impacted users may receive a 401 error message, or encounter issues with the MFA flow during authentication.  Please return to this page for further dcommunication and updates.
