School Administrators can not start a new case in the Behavioral Case Manager. Support has esculated the problem and development is patching.

During this window, KCS IT will upgrade our Jamf management software for Apple devices. All Jamf systems and services will be unavailable for Apple devices, including:
- Jamf Self Service
- Device enrollments
- Software and operating system updates
- Notifications
- Application installations and downloads
- Other Jamf-managed services and workflows

ARS shuts down Monday, June 15, 2026
To reduce duplicate services, https://ars.knoxschools.org and https://passman.knoxschools.org will permanently shut down on Monday, June 15.
This disables all ARS password resets and user/group lookups. Please review the information below and transition to the new workflows
For IT staff:
- IT Password Resets & Lookups: Use Microsoft Entra ID. Review the Entra ID Password Guide.
- Computer OU Moves: Contact the Systems Team directly until a self-serve procedure is shared in the next few weeks.
For Teachers & School Staff
Management of student passwords will move to ClassLink for the upcoming school year. Training materials will be shared closer to the start of the school year.
