09/18/2025 11:00 AM Chromebook Login Issues
We have confirmed reports nationally of errors while attempting to log into Chromebooks and tracking reports of this occurring within KCS. The most common symptom is either a "502" error or bouncing back to the login page with no errors. Our teams are tracking these issues for a resolution. - This issue also seems to be tied to re-enrollment after powerwashing a Chromebook.
