There are intermittent issues with knoxschools.org URLs that will prevent websites from loading on the first attempt. This includes the main site, school sites, and other sub-URLs that use knoxschools.org . We are currently investigating. Please return to this page for further communication and updates.
9:30 AM Our hosting vendor has confirmed these issues and is implementing a solution. This solution will take some time to propagate across the internet.
8/31/2026 9:55 AM Distribution Group / Email List Management Issues
Owners of certain distribution groups (email lists) may experience issues when adding or removing members through Exchange Admin Center, the Microsoft My Account portal, or Outlook. This is a known issue and has been escalated to Microsoft's engineering team to investigate further.
Need a change made now? Submit an IIQ ticket with the group name and the email(s) to add or remove, and our team can make the update for you in the meantime.
