- 3:00 PM An issue with how KCS class rosters are synced to Hapra has been identified. The vendor is troubleshooting and hoping to restore our roster's on this evening's sync. Expect the next update in the morning.

- 9:39 AM KCS Equpment has been rebooted. Engaging our network provider for this site (HRM) for assistance.
- 10:04 AM HRM has confirmed thier Comcast circuit for Elevate is offline. They have dispatched a technician to investigate.
- 11:31 AM Comcast dispatch to this location is expected between 3PM & 5PM today.
- 5:00 PM HRM reports Comcast was a no-show for thier repair window.
- 1/6/2026 7:30 AM KCS hotsposts have been prepared so the students can resume work until Comcast's connection is repaired.
- 1/7/26 10:10 AM Comcast has restored connectivity.
