If the ActivPanel is not displaying anything on the screen, you need to determine if the problem is with the OPS (if you have one installed) or the panel itself. First you need to ensure the OPS is not the problem.
Press the source button on the panel or remote and confirm it is set to OPS. If the source menu does not appear on screen, skip to the panel troubleshooting steps.
If the image still does not display, ensure the OPS is installed properly. Remove it and carefully slide it back into place.

Slide the OPS back in its slot, tighten the screws and turn the panel back on.
Then press the SOURCE button on the remote control or the panel and select the OPS source.
Test another working OPS if the image is still not showing.
If another OPS does not work, the problem may be the panel itself.

- Turn the ActivPanel off from the power switch in the back.
- Unplug the ActivPanel and leave it unplugged for a few minutes before plugging it back in.
- Turn on the panel.
