Calibrate Panel:

Your ActivPanel does NOT calibrate. Instead, change your computer display settings to align touch. 

Resize computer screen when connected to the panel -

Click on the Apple in top left of computer screen

Click System Settings 

Click Displays  

Select the ActivPanel as the display  

Use the scale underneath to resize.
