Using Cloud Connect to Open Explain Everything Projects on Your ActivPanel 9 

1. Create your Explain Everything lesson from your account in a web browser at www.explaineverything.com. This can be done using either the Free plan or the Explain Everything Advanced plan. 

2. Once you’ve finished your lesson, click on the Export icon in the upper right corner of the screen and choose “Export as Project.”

3. Click “Proceed with Export.”

4. Find your exported Explain Everything project in your computer’s Downloads file and upload it to your Google Drive or OneDrive.

5. On your ActivPanel 9, make sure you have linked your Google Drive or OneDrive to the Cloud Connect app in the Applications Menu.

6. Open the Explain Everything Whiteboard app from the Applications Menu on your ActivPanel. Then, click the house in the top left corner of the Explain Everything screen to go to the Home screen. 

7. From the Home screen, tap on “Files.”

8. The Files app on your ActivPanel 9 will open. Tap on your connected Cloud Storage: Google Drive or OneDrive. 

9. From within your Cloud Connect account, tap on the Explain Everything project file you wish to open in the Explain Everything Whiteboard app. 

10. The project will open directly into the Explain Everything Whiteboard app.
