No Signal for Hardwired Computer:

If your computer is not projecting when connecting with cables try these troubleshooting steps:

Make sure your computer is not in standby mode/turned off

Restart your computer

Unplug the cable and reconnect

Try the other cables provided (is using the USB-C try the HDMI+Touch and vice versa)

Try a different port of your computer

Try a different port on the ActivPanel (if using the HDMI+Touch cable)

If using a docking station/dongle disconnect from the docking station and connect the ActivPanel directly to the computer.

If this persists, please submit an IIQ ticket.
